Returns

You can return any brand new product for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit within 60 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the receipt. We will inform you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

The refund should appear on your card within 5-10 business days, subject to your card issuer's policies.

Modification of Your Order

If you need to modify your order or address, please contact us at support@WeArtSpecial.com within 12 hours of placing the order. This ensures we have sufficient time to make the changes before your order is dispatched.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
